Current Assessment
Arm reported that Haas beneficially owned 351,433 Arm shares as of May 20, 2025. A 2026 market valuation proxy puts that holding near $122 million. His recent Arm pay has also been substantial, including $24.5 million for FY2025 and $70.1 million for FY2024, but much of that pay was equity and should not be counted again if it is already represented in his Arm shareholding. Conditional future awards, including a reported value-creation plan that could pay hundreds of millions if Arm reaches major market-cap targets, are not current wealth.
Key caveats
- The last located beneficial-ownership figure is from May 2025, so later sales or vesting could change the estimate.
- The share valuation uses a market-cap proxy rather than an exact July 10, 2026 closing price.
- SoftBank, prior-employer, real-estate and private-investment assets are not publicly quantified.
Evidence gaps
- Updated 2026 Haas share ownership
- Complete share-sale records
- SoftBank and SBGI compensation amounts
- Private assets and liabilities
