Current Assessment
The clearest asset is Adobe stock. Adobe's 2026 proxy listed 438,975 shares beneficially owned by Narayen as of February 17, 2026, mostly through the Narayen Family Trust. At Adobe's July 9, 2026 closing price of $222.65, that stake was worth about $98 million. Adobe also reported $51.2 million of 2025 summary compensation and $25.7 million realized from stock vesting in fiscal 2025, but grant-date awards and unvested shares are not the same as cash or current wealth. The estimate therefore gives most weight to disclosed shares and uses a discounted allowance for retained, after-tax proceeds from prior years of compensation.
Key caveats
- Unvested Adobe equity is excluded from current net worth.
- Family trust holdings are treated as attributable family wealth, with some ownership-structure uncertainty.
- The estimate does not include unsupported employer market capitalization or company revenue.
- Private assets, taxes, charitable transfers, and liabilities are not fully visible from public filings.
Evidence gaps
- Complete insider-sale history
- Private investments and real estate
- Liabilities and tax obligations
- Charitable or trust transfers
